Concord Football has a number of ways to train the players. Monday/Wednesday/Friday's are lifting days, and Tuesday/Thursday's are speed and agility training. The lifts consist multiple upper and lower body lifts along with plyometrics and circuit training. The speed and agility training consists of reaction drills, form running, resistance running, competitions, and football fundamentals. Their will be more videos posted week to week.
