Soccer players around the world are training with the Kinetic Bands. Worn right above the knee the Kinetic Bands add resistance to each movement during your normal training drills. Fire the muscles in the legs, hips, glutes, hips flexors and add cardio endurance as the resistance challenges the athlete to push through each repetition.
