The SpeedStation is an effective way to provide speed, agility, and explosion training for Lacrosse athletes.
In this video, a High School Lacrosse team performs not only general speed and agility drills but also some sport-specific drills. Each SpeedStation includes four positions (Jumped, Change of Direction, Hip Power, and Upper Body). Focusing on fast-twitch muscle development, athltes work through structured workouts with specific rest-recovery intervals to build not only the fast twitch muscles but also the associated energy system to drive peak power output.
