"Speed And Agility Exercise" To "Run A Faster Pro Shuttle" 5 10 5

In this video, Alfa Kaba and Jack Cascio demonstrate how to perform the side lunge, and excellent "Speed and Agility Exercise", so that you can improve your Pro 5-10-5 Shuttle.
