To complete the Kbands Performance Plyo Jumps athletes will need a set of Kbands Leg Resistance Bands and a line on the ground. Athletes will attach the Kbands Leg Resistance Bands just above their knees and line up so their line is just in front of them. Athletes will begin the first portion of the agility exercises by jumping back and over the line as quickly as possible with both feet. Athletes will face the same direction throughout the drill and count one repetition as one trip over the line and back to their starting position.
For the second drill athletes will line up to one side of the line so the athlete is looking down the line. Begin the drill by simultaneously jumping over the line and back with both feet for one repetition.
For the final portion of the agility exercises athletes will line up so the line is in front of them, start with one foot on the line, the other foot slightly back, and alternate switching the feet, and touching one toe on the line. One repetition is after both feet have touched the line once.
Complete 2-3 resisted sets of 20 repetitions before removing the Kbands Leg Resistance Bands and performing 1-2 unresisted sets of each exercise.
