This is the first Sports Specific Training workout for Next Level Fitness PT. In this video you will see exercises that will increase your agility, speed, and footwork on the court. I am using the ladder to help with his agility and increase the speed in his footwork, I am using the superband to increase the endurance in his legs and overall body. I came up with the 3 phase system to make sure the athletes form is correct.
