http://www.YouthFitnessGuy.com Here's a fun activity to help kids and young athletes develop their speed, agility, coordination and general movement skills. If your kids like to compete, have them go against the clock or another athlete to kick things up a notch. For added coordination we had the athlete in the video pick the ball up with one hand and place it down with the other hand.
