Youth Strength, Speed & Agility Training (Complete VertiMax Workout – Part 3 of 4)

In Part 3 of 4 of our functional strength, speed and stability workout, 10 year old Colton progresses to his "Movement" portion of his training program where resistance is applied to his feet or waist while he performs a number of movement patterns with his feet using a standard "Ladder" place on the ground next to the unit.

The drills in this video focus on improving linear and lateral speed while promoting strength for stability and speed.
