Skill ID is a new weekly video series produced by I'm Possible Training. Each week, an I'm Possible Trainer will give you a new drill or concept to help establish your "Skill Identity" as a player.
In Episode 3, DJ Sackmann demonstrates a partner drill for players to focus on both ball handling, body control, and defensive reactions. The Dive Drill focuses on testing a player's ability to get dirty and dive on the floor. Next week's episode will focus on more defensive reactions!
All drills shown are samples of the same type of drills that are built in to the I'm Possible Online Training System!
