Here are the 5 best workouts to begin with to see a fast improvement in your vertical jump and you should be able to gain 2 inches in a week, maybe 3 if you're lucky:
1. Box Jumps
2. Jumping Lunges
3. Calve Raises
4. Speed Rope
5. Jumping Squats
Do Exercises 1 to 6 and then repeat the circuit again! Do All of these to Failure (as many as you can possibly do!) and you will see results in just 1 week!
