Warm Up Jumps 3 sets of 8 reps
Practice Jumping and Dunking until performance decrease
1 Leg On Box Jumps 3 sets of 6 reps
Sprints 3 sets for 20-30 yards
Depth Jumps 3 sets of 6 reps

Strength Training
Jump Squats 4 sets of 5 reps
Squats 4 sets of 6 reps
Dumbbell Lunges 4 sets of 6 reps
1 leg Dumbbell calf Raises 4 sets of 16 reps

Only do this workout twice per week.
