This is part 1 of my leg workout which focuses on plyometrics that will help you jump higher and increase your vertical jump.

The Plyometric Workout

Repetitive Jumps For Height 4 sets of 10 reps
Side To Side Cone Jumps 4 sets of 6 reps
Practice Jumping Off Two Feet 4 sets of 6 reps
Sprints For 20 Yards 4 sets
Depth Jumps 4 sets of 6 reps

Only do this workout once per week.

After this you will do strength training exercises which will increase your power and vertical jump.
