The Strength Training vertical Jump Workout
Squats 5 sets of 5
Dumbbell Lunges 4 sets of 6
Dumbbell Step Ups 3 sets of 6
Dumbbell calf Raises 4 sets of 16 reps
Only do this workout once per week.
After this you will do strength training exercises which will increase your power and vertical jump.
