This video is merely a showcase of the types of exercises that we do. In the initial stages of plyometric training we just really want to condition our bodies to be able to take the impact of landing from such explosive exercises. This is not the full program and these exercise should NOT be attempted without consultation from a trainer. This are exercises from our first cycle, that helped increase our vertical leaps by around 7cm. We are onto stage II and will have some great results to share shortly!
