As a coach and trainer, I'm really big on preventative injuries with exercises that strengthen problem areas. Every athlete should be worried about ankle strength and stability as well as hamstrings just to mention a few. Core training is a must, its the bodies center of gravity. Without a solid foundation to an athletes training, everything else is just a waste of time.
