Top Fitness Personality doing a dunking drill where he does ten dunks in a row on a 10FT regulation gym with no rest like a pogo stick. This is a basketball plyometric drill that is typically for forwards and centers. It takes a good vertical leap to do this and then some really good endurance to continue to do it with no rest without stopping. It's a great plyometric drill. If you can't dunk you can find a fixed point on the basketball net or near the rim and jump to it ten consective times. Some people call this drill vertical jumps.
