Plyometrics For Vertical Jump At Home.

Side To Side Jumps Over a Basketball 4 sets of 6 reps
Basketball Backboard Touches 4 sets of 10 reps
Practice Dunks Until Failure

Make sure that you still do strength training exercises.

Only do this home vertical jump workout 2 times per week.
