Our #1 objective in the off-season is to improve our full body strength. This particular workout focuses on the ankles/feet, core and on the deadlift, bench press, and pull-up movements. Our players do a workout of this nature twice a week. As you can see, performing text book perfect repetitions is a constant work in progress. The player featured does a terrific job, but still has plenty of room to improve in each exercise (RE: form, technique, range of motion, etc.). However, the goal of these videos is NOT to show perfection, but to show what is real. Thanks for watching! .
