“Tractor Tire Drill” | Good Basketball Strength and Conditioning Drill

This drill is done in between sets of shooting or ball-handling drills to work basketball muscles and get stronger!

Depending on age and strength level push tire different distances. E.g. up the sideline, up the sideline and back, full court, etc.

Use your knees and quads to lift the tire and then push it forward with back and arms. Get "underneath" the tire to lift it!
