Plyometrics are possibly one of the most effective workouts that you can do to increase power, speed, and endurance. I know most of you are powerlifters and bodybuilders more than endurance athletes but this type of training can greatly improve your power during the three main lifts and will help toughen you up to make you go even more hardcore in the gym!
