This fun beginners HIIT cardio workout features sports themed exercises, to help you get in shape while bringing out your inner athlete. We're going to kick some butt from baseball, to basketball, tennis, football and all of your favorite sports. Bring your "A-game", work up a hard earned sweat, and "go for the gold" in this fun home cardio workout.

This workout consists of 20 INTENSE exercise moves – 45 seconds of work and 15 secs. rest between each exercise. We're going to kick this workout off with a warm-up and end with a cool-down stretch after this workout is completed.
