This is an excerpt from one of Cody's agilities workouts. This portion, using the ladder, will focus on quickness and core strength. Cody will keep his arms at a fixed position beside himself as he goes through the various drills as fast as possible. His focus will be on building his quickness and stabilizing his core throughout the movements. Other exercises include arm movement , mimicking running technique however these drills are designed to build stabilizing muscles along with agility.
